TASAM committee firstly visited the Office of INSYTUT WSCHODNI at Warsaw and negotiated with the Chairman of the Economy Forum Program Council Zygmunt BERDYCHOWSKI and Ana Maria LUFT from the Foreign Affairs Office. In the meetings, the details of the forum were determined and they arrived at a consensus on the necessary arrangements.

After the meetings at Warsaw, TASAM committee visited the SOFITEL GRAND HOTEL SOPOT in which the forum is going to take place. After the observation of the hotel, the committee visited the Sopot Mayor Jacek KARNOWSKI at his office and they talked about general matters and about the forum in specific. After these negotiations, the committee toured around Sopot together with the Mayor, and receieved necessary information concerning the place in which the forum will take place.

Returning back to Warsaw after the Sopot visits, TASAM committee lastly had a visit to the Warsaw Embassy of the Republic of Turkey and talked to the Ambassador Reşit UMAN. The Committee informed the Ambassador about the forum and the negotiations that have been done and went back to Turkey.
